Story

Entrepreneur, Operator, & Investor

Raised on a farm in South Texas operating agricultural machinery, James is a 38 years old successful entrepreneur having previously co-founded a business directly after graduating from the University of Texas and exiting the company in 2015.

James then moved into corporate roles for the next seven years with a strong concentration in operations, sales, and process automation through technology. James has built and directed teams of up to 35 engineers, field technicians, developers, and managers. He has significant exposure to construction & engineering operations, business process optimization, tech sales, project management, finance, human resources, and vendor management.

Comfortable with a shovel and a hard hat, negotiating with CFOs, or building applications with developers, James has gained a diversified field of experience that is perfectly suited for The Next Stewards of America’s small businesses.
